We'll guide you through the whole process, from choosing and planning your kitchen, bedroom or home office to supply and installation.
Choosing your furniture
From a traditional design to a contemporary one, from materials such as real wood to wood effect, our collection of fitted furniture provides a comprehensive choice of designs and styles in a wide range of finishes and colours. Our in-store designer will be happy to talk to you through our service, discuss your requirements and consider your budget.
Planning your room
Our hugely experienced designer can visit your home to discuss your requirements on site, taking detailed measurements in order to produce life-like, computer aided visual designs to suit your requirements and lifestyle, whilst making best use of the available space. The design work is presented in the showroom, where many sample styles and colours of products are on display, together with a detailed specification/quotation.
A discretionary design fee of £50 is payable in advance for Bedroom & Home Office design work. However, this is deducted from the cost of the order should you proceed with the supply and installation.
We are also delighted to offer our clients a comprehensive Kitchen planning and design service, details of which are listed below:-
Option 1 - Clients are invited into the showroom to discuss their requirements, furniture style, preferred appliances, worktops, accessories, etc. For clients providing their own detailed measurements or architect’s plans, a nominal fee of £100 is payable before design work is commenced. Should a home visit be required to take measurements, there is an additional fee of £50. Please note that these charges are deducted from the cost of the kitchen, once you confirm and place your order.
Following the briefing, we will design your kitchen and invite you to return to the showroom for a full presentation, using detailed and life-like CAD visuals, together with a scale floor plan, as per our example set out below. Any major re-design work may incur extra charges, to be discussed and agreed in advance of the work being undertaken.
Option 2 - Should clients simply wish to purchase the design and visuals as stated in option 1, these are available for a total fee of £250 (supplied on a Compact Disc or emailed as JPegs). Any major re-design work may incur extra charges, to be discussed and agreed in advance of the work being undertaken. If service plans are required, detailing utilities positioning, these are also available at an additional £50.
Summary of Charges (payable in advance):-
· Floor plan and CAD visuals (prepared using client’s measurements) £100
· Site visit to take measurements: £50
· Purchase of floor plan & CAD visuals only: £250
· Service plans: £50

Installing your furniture
Experienced installers will carry out the work involved, from tiling, plumbing and wiring to gas connections. Where required, the appropriate installers are registered with the Gas Safe Register ™ (the national watchdog for gas safety), and all electrical work meets Institute of Electrical Engineers (IEE) standards and complies with current building regulations.
